To enhance the capacity and develop the skills, a series of Personality Development Work Shop was started for the children who are residence of Polhengoda area. This will be organized with the support of Sanasili Foundation.

The introductory programme was held on 29th September 2007 at Alenmethiniyaramaya Temple, Polhengoda. Ms.N.T.A.Dissanayake -Director (CUP) and Ms. T.N. De Silva - Chairman (Senasili Foundation) were addressed the children and their parents.
