It was 38 th successful Little Library of CUP, opening for the children of Sri Dammagaweshi Sunday School at Nalla, Diwuldeniya, Mirigama, with the generous sponsorship by Bosath Children’s Educational Foundation. This was a rewarding opportunity for about 200 students of Sri Dammagaweshi Sunday School.

It was not just an official opening, as CUP officials took every possible effort to make it a memorable day for the beneficiaries. The organizing committee, providing all required resources has asked the gathering, to create a “Bookmark” and write their own thought about the value of education, on the smart creations done by them. During the activity and all through the event they all found to be extremely enthusiastic and happy. It was multiplied since the esteemed gathering, Founder of Bosath Children’s Educational Foundation - Ven. Gunarathana Thero, the President – Mr. I Ranathunga, Grama Niladhari of the area - Mr.T K A Sampath, along with CUP officials – Vice President – Mr. Harsha Gomes, Secretary – Nadee Dissanayake, Treasurer – Nishantha Perera and Assistant Secretary - Ms Damayanthi Perera lavishly appreciated the busy bees.

Adding much value to the event, the Ven. Gunarathana Thero delivered a speech emphasizing the value of education which was priceless.
