The 3rd CUP Children's Club (CCC) was inaugurated on the 9th of February 2008 with the participation of the children of the residents around Alen Methiniyaramaya Temple in the Polhengoda Area.Parents, Children, Directors of the Sanasili Foundation and the directors and the members of CUP Organization were present at this introductory programme.

This is a one year project and its continuation beyond that time period would be decided based on the outcome and the requirement. Thirty children, both male and female, have been selected for the first year of this project.

The Children's Club project is sponsored by the Sanasili Foundation, and is conducted by CUP.
