CUP was able to donate exercise books for 80 children who are residents at Colombo East area on 15th February 2009. Most of the beneficiaries are well known personalities closely associated with the activities of CUP, and who have also participated in several Personality Development Work Shops conducted by CUP.

While this event was organized by Mr.Chamara Abeysinghe, a teacher of Sri Nanadasara Sunday school, Kirulapone the donation was made by Mr.W.K.Wilegoda.

CUP Officials Mr.Harsha Gomes, Ms.Padma Gunathilka, Mr.Madushanka Abeygunawardana and Mrs.N.T.A.Dissanayake were present at the event held at Sri Wimalaramaya, Kirulapone.
