To enhance the knowledge of Sri Lankan history among children CUP publishes a series of articles in both Sinhala and English languages on their website. These articles containing interesting information and colour pictures are very popular among children. Inspired by this popular demand CUP developed a separate blog for "Lakdiva Puvatha" where children are able to give their comments on the articles.

Lakdivapuvatha.org blog was launched by the children of Pipena Kekulu Pre- School,Nambapana, Ingiriya on the 25th of October 2009 with the participation of CUP Officials Mr. Jagath Kariyakarawana, Mr.Harsha Gomes, Ms.N.T.A.Dissnayake, and Mr.G.G.Kapugama.
