Commemorating World Children’s Day, the Sisu Diriya scholarship scheme of CUP has found a benefactor to assist little Rashmika from Kelaniya. Rashmika will receive a monthly allowance from Mr. Harsha Gomes for educational purpose.

The certificate and the first donation were given to Rashmika by Mr. Harsha Gomes on 9th October 2010 at McDonald's, Kollupitiya.
Rashmika is presently studying in Grade 3 at Gurukula Vidyalaya, Kelaniya. His favorite subject is Mathematics and wants to become a doctor. Also he performs well in Arts.
