Singithi Katha -2012, organized by CUP in collaboration with Mihira Children's News Paper, was held at Victoria Masonic Temple on the 22nd of June 2013.

The twenty four winners were selected out of 724 participants from all parts of the Island.

Mr.Ajith Darmasiri - Editor - Mihira Children's Newspaper graced the occasion as the chief guest. The donors, Mr.Sohitha Girihagama, Mr.Hemaranjana Fernando, Mr.W.P.Welu, Ms.Surangi Dassanayake, and Mrs. Chalukee Thilakarathna who gave their fullest support to make this event a success also present at this event.

CUP Officials Lal Saranapala, Harsha Gomes, Nadee Dissanayake, Rasika Udagama, Saku Godigamuwa, Sunil Lakshmanasinghe, Nishantha Perera and Dilhara Karunanayake were also present at this function.
