KavindiBagyaKavindi Bagya studying in grade eight at Royal College, Horana qualified to be a beneficiary of Sisu Diriya Scholarship of CUP. Mr. Dinouk Sirisena sponsors Kavindi. The President, CUP, Mr.Lal Saranapala handed over the first installment to Kavindi on behalf of Mr. Sirisena at a simple ceremony held at the BMICH, Colombo 07 on 12 October 2013.

CUP Officials Lal Saranapala - the President, Sunil Lakshmanasinghe – the Vice President, Nadee Dissanayake - the Secretary, Harsha Gomes – the Deputy Secretary, and the members Manjuma Salgadu and Damayanthi Perera were also present at the event.
